The Visual Arts Department recently got a new mac lab for their digital art classes, which is really exciting! But, their new macbook laptops have different needs than in the past. For example, there isn't a USB port, so the mice they currently have don't connect. They thus need 35 new wireless mice so students will have the necessary dexterity to draw and manipulate with their software, for a total cost of $600. They also need an organized solution (shelving with bins) for their digital accessories, which will cost approximately $300. This Digital Lab houses many classes: Graphic Design, Digital Photography, IB Arts, AP 2D Design, Visual Art Major students.
